Shipping Policy

Most of our orders are shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days of your order. Please allow 5-15 business day for delivery.

We make any attempt to deliver your products as soon as possible but we can guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

Require Signature 

Do to Covid-19 we have temporally suspended signature request upon delivery.

Delivery to residential address typically do not require a signature, however in the event that one is require and no one  is available to sing, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempt of deliver, the package will be return to Scent by Heaven.
